Pre-suit Mediation

Pre-suit mediation offers an efficient and cost-effective opportunity for parties to resolve disputes before a lawsuit is filed. Common pre-suit matters include HOA disputes, commercial disagreements, contract indebtedness claims, business conflicts, vendor disputes, and partnership issues.

The mediation process is guided by Michelle DeSantis, a neutral mediator who utilizes her training and experience to help parties engage in productive settlement discussions and work toward a mutually agreeable resolution. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that allows the parties to maintain greater control over the outcome while potentially avoiding the time, expense, and stress of litigation. Participants always have the option to engage an attorney throughout the process.

Mediation sessions are conducted via Zoom, with in-person meetings available upon request.
