Divorce/Family Mediation

Divorce mediation offers an affordable and amicable solution for couples navigating the division of property, support, and child-related issues during divorce.

This mediation process is guided by Michelle DeSantis, a neutral mediator who utilizes her training and experience to help both parties reach an agreeable resolution on their divorce. It is a non-biased, voluntary and confidential process, allowing the parties to decide how to resolve their disputes. Mediation can occur before or after a case is filed, and participants always have the option to engage an attorney.

Our mediation sessions are via Zoom, with in-person meetings available upon request.
