Circuit Civil Mediations

Civil mediation is the affordable, amicable way for disputing parties to resolve their issues regarding Contracts, Landlord/Tenant, Eviction, PIP, Debt, Employment, Property Damage, and Business Disputes.
 

Mediation is a negotiation process facilitated by a neutral, unbiased mediator. The mediator uses her training and experience to generate an agreement acceptable to both parties. Mediation can occur before a case is filed (pre-suit) or after it has been initiated. Participants always have the option to engage an attorney.

Our Mediations are conducted via Zoom but can be conducted in person, upon request.
