Our mediation process is expertly facilitated by Michelle DeSantis, a neutral mediator who leverages her training and experience to guide both parties toward a durable agreement. This non-biased, voluntary and confidential  process empowers the parties to make the final decision on their resolution, whether it takes place before or after a case is filed. Participants always have the option to engage an attorney.
