Our mediation process is expertly facilitated by Michelle DeSantis, a neutral mediator who leverages her training and experience to guide both parties toward a durable agreement. This voluntary and confidential process empowers the parties to make the final decision on their resolution, whether it takes place before or after a case is filed. Participants have the option to represent themselves or engage an attorney.
We offer convenient mediation sessions via Zoom, with in-person meetings available upon request.

Civil mediation is the affordable, amicable way for disputing parties to resolve their issues regarding Contracts, Landlord/Tenant, Eviction, PIP, Debt, Employment, Property Damage and Business Disputes.
Mediation is a negotiation process facilitated by a neutral, unbiased mediator. The mediator uses her training and experience to generate an agreement acceptable to both parties. It is a voluntary, confidential process where the parties make the ultimate decision on how to resolve their issues. Mediation can take place before the filing of a case (pre-suit) or after it has already been filed. Parties can represent themselves or can be represented by an attorney.
Our Mediations are conducted via Zoom.
Civil Mediation 50k< - Rate.
